FIELDCOTE PARK & MUSEUM – Ceremony Package

Ceremony only: $1550.00

We will arrange and coordinate your morning or afternoon wedding ceremony

Includes:

  • Site rental for up to 100 people from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Set up and tear down within time parameters.)
  • Licensed Minister provided.
  • Wedding coordinator on site during your wedding ceremony and reception.
  • Decorative Archway and focal point, 25 ft runner and signing table
  • Coordinator to customize and assist with your ceremony and reception planning.
  • A printed booklet of the ceremony as a keepsake for the Bride and Groom.
  • Music from our stereo system.
  • Photography permit.
  • Completion of the marriage license and registry by our office staff.
  • Arranged Parking

  • Afterhours event surcharge until 1:00 am $1950.00 (includes rental fees, planning and coordination, and staff)

A non-refundable deposit of $350.00 is required to book the Fieldcote Park & Museum Package. The deposit can be used for up to two years if you need to postpone prior to one month from your wedding date. All payments made after the deposit are fifty percent refundable. Balances FOUR WEEKS from the wedding date and are non-refundable.

FIELDCOTE PARK & MUSEUM – Reception Rental Package

Price with coordinated ceremony package: $1550.00

(additional municipal surcharge of $565.00 required for licensed events)

The Ancaster Town Hall is available for full-service receptions coordinated by Heritage Weddings and exclusively catered by La Piazza Allegra.

Includes:

· Evening rental from 5:00 pm – 11:00 pm

· Can accommodate up to 100 people

· Event planning

· Set-up and clean-up

· On-site wedding coordinator

· Standard Decorations · Catering and bar service provided by La Piazza Allegra (packages available upon request)
