WEDDINGS: OP. E.N. Simmons & Timothy Simmons recognize your right to confidentiality.
We will only collect information necessary to perform our services; that is, for
completing the Marriage License, Marriage Registry as well as particulars for the
ceremony details.
It is not our policy to give out our clientele’s personal information or wedding
dates and times to third parties* without the client’s expressed consent.
If you have specific questions or concerns regarding our privacy policy, please
feel free to contact us.
*Note: Exceptions to the third party rule apply to the Registrar General’s Office
of Ontario for the purposes of registering or confirming the marriage. As well as,
specific inquiries from the Attorney General’s Office of Ontario and related authorities,
and immigration officials requesting confirmation that a wedding has been formally
booked or previously taken place.
